Three Generations

This is a photo I got Tuesday night at milking time. Three generations at the feeder. The Black and White goat is the mother of the larger black goats. The largest Black goat is the mother of the smallest goats, you can only see the tail end of one of the youngest kids.

The Queen Goat, Shortnin' is about 4 years old.

She is a cross of Nubian, Boer and Alpine. She is a great milker! Gives over a gallon a day at the momement!  Her ears are usually sticking out to the side more than in these photos. She looks much like an airplane most of the time.
