Sufficient Self Forum

I moved to the mid-south almost 3 years ago and still don't know what grits taste like and refuse to let the waitress leave any kind of gravy on my table that isn't made from pure hog squealing fat especially that white stuff with the tiny maggoty eyes that is always looking back at you. I took one sip of sweet tea about a year ago because it came free with the meal -  told the lady to bring me coffee instead. I do like peaches watermelon and fried chicken though. Still have no idea what colored greens and okra is or any of those weird peas either.
