Thank you @goatgurl :hugs I'm hoping we'll hear something from Andries before the 28th, if we don't… we'll have to see what that lady says when she comes. If she doesn't buy it, we'll most likely give Andries and son a chance to raise the remainder of the cash and buy it. But until they have the funds available and confirmed, we're going to keep our options open. I explained this to him and they did have about 5 weeks, so we've been fair. After the mess up with the very first buyer, we're not taking chances any more.

Thank you all :hugs While I'm here I also want to apologise for neglecting this forum and you all so horribly lately. I've been so busy and when I have "off" time I want to do nothing, nothing at all. We let the gardener go, partly because "we can't afford him" (he's MIL's and she DEFINITELY can't afford him and we don't want him) and partly because I'm fed-up with his attitude. So DH and I now have this massive garden to look after and it's been yeah hot lately. It's watering and watering and more watering every day. Just trying to keep everything alive and looking nice for when people come to view the place is a big job.

I said to a friend of mine this morning I'm ridiculously tired at the moment, but I think it's because I'm relaxed. The stress from the farm sale and quite a few other things is gone. Though nothing is on paper and signed and sealed, I feel kinda reassured, that it's getting taken care of and I can just relax now. It's a great feeling...

@sumi it is your turn. One of these will go through and it will be a done deal. Then you and your family can go to Ireland for the adventure of your life.

I know that feeling. Don't be surprised if you suddenly find yourself sleeping. The removal of the stress can make you fall asleep.

Sleeping and eating. I can't seem to do enough of either at the moment. When I'm stressed I can't eat and I lost a lot of weight over the last few months, so I'm happily making up for that now. I even baked cookies:
