LOL. I decided to pull it out before it started to bolt. Now I have 3 trays in the dehydrator. At least the family won't have to buy any for a while.

Not much today in the garden but I went out and looked it over. Went in the greenhouse and pulled some of the crabgrass out. Pulled up some of the carrots bc they were so close together that they weren't growing. Got some okay sized ones. Good enough for feeding the rabbits or making a...

Today while I was doing dishes my husband came in and said do you need something to do and also help your chickens come outside. I went out and started digging up worms. Then I dug up a board and found termites so I decided to get Darlin and Little One out. They were just looking like what now...

Update on the bugger being in my greenhouse. It was injured and ended up passing away. It wasn't a female with babies so that was a good thing.

Official SS Poll: What is your primary reason for gardening?

Grazing is what I believe to be the best thing about gardening. I can pick 25 or more of cherry tomatoes and only make it in the house with 10 or less. I love grazing in the garden. It's like having your snack without the toxins or hassle.😁 Oh yes it doesn't cost me anything. SWEETNESS ! SAVING...

Official SS Poll: What is your primary reason for gardening?

Talk to someone at a local nursery and see if they have any useful pots that they would like to get rid of. I have to start a lot of my garden in pots to stay. My ground is an old river bed so it's hard as steel and it was over worked way back before the house was built so rocks in the ground...
