Still on the fence with Fluoride?

:hu I think its important that we know what that chemical does to our bodies. And just so you know, by following her stuff for cellulite, I have reduced mine by over 75%, not that you need to know that. Just saying.

Fluoride seeks out minerals such as magnesium and binds with it, making magnesium unavailable to the body and unable to do its work. The magnesium-fluoride mineral produced is called sellaite; it is almost insoluble and ends up taking the place of magnesium in hard tissues like bone and...

Ideas and recipes needed for NT/WAPF make ahead grab-n-go meals

I would purchase a personal size crock pot for hot stuff. Try and find one with controls though. Mine has one setting, and its quite hot. Its what I use for Sunday potlucks, so my gluten free food stays clean. Another option is the heat packs that Pyrex supplies for their insulated carry bags.

With a small flock that is well penned, you really can go away for 2-3 days. You would only need someone to peek in...

Soaking has to be done at room temp. We just soak the grains overnight, then add the rest of the stuff in the morning. For ease, soak in the blender then dump the rest in a hit the switch!

Free, breakfast is super easy to make ahead. Soak several cups of oats for 12-24 hours, using your preferred method (since testing has proven that calcium blocks the phytic acid from breaking down, water and lemon juice are best). Add lots of eggs to make a thick batter, as well as honey and...

Which blood tests? Update: An incorrect diagnosis :)

Yes, ma'am, adrenal fatigue, brought on by the gluten intolerance. Sounds like you are not too severe though. Start slamming the B complex, FCLO, Vitamin C (plain acerola powder) and be strict about gluten.
