Was this a new variety for you? How old were they when they went into the ground? Sounds like you've been overall unimpressed with Baker's Creek. Some companies have a reputation that they just never live up to.

Yes... Amazing is a completely new variety for me I usually plant Snowball X. They were not that old and were not held at all. I panted them early enough also. There was absolutely no reason to button. I'm going to pull them and plant green beans in their place. I'll try again for a fall harvest with Snowball X but I wont try Amazing again.

What were the reviews on it? Are you going to leave a review on it?

Given that you've had good luck with your standard variety, and this variety was a total bust for you, a truthful review, worded "kindly" would be in order. It's not a negative review to state what your experience has been, especially when compared to a tried and true variety.

Started pulling weeds Friday evening after work. Got the weeds pulled away from the kale and lettuce. It rained Friday evening and all day Saturday, Saturday evening and still was lightly raining this morning. Its pretty bad and fuzzy in there :(. I have to get it weeded & cultivated this week. So much rain this spring.
