C rations were the most disgusting meals ever. The new mre's were not that much better,lol

i've not been around the past few days much to comment on that but i did smile as i saw it first time. i would give it a try once. i've certainly eaten worse looking things before (some i made and won't make again - the infamous liver soup being the absolute worst - i could only eat one serving of that and had to flush the rest). for me to throw any food away is nearly unheard of so... yeah, it was hideously bad...
