Two suggestions....put alarm on far side of room.
Or, get a persistent dog, that's needs to go out.
I am the alarm clock and none of the dogs wake him when they have to go out they wake me up if I happen to be still sleeping.
I know my sleep apnea is like the snooze except it starts soon after going to sleep and my brain wakes up ALL NIGHT long, every couple of minutes without the c-pap.
My FH does have sleep apnea and does use a CPap Machine every single night yet it's still hard for him to get up in the morning.

I spent a lot of time typing up TRUTH replies to several threads. Before I hit "Post Reply", the Holy Spirit told me: "you better erase all of that!" Yes Sir, I will!

I'm off to wholy enjoy the rest of my windy, rainy, chilly and overcast day \o/. I hope you also, enjoy your day!

Tough situation.

I use a CPAP and it enhances the sleep I get. I rarely need the alarm.

My wife, however, needs like 6 different alarms to get up. Some folks are wired that way.

Let him sleep and get up by himself. Once or twice being late should cure him of that. Lol

Your mileage may vary...

I used to jump up at the alarm as a kid, then wake my little brothers up 30 minutes later. I didn't sleep more than 6 hours until after I was 30. No sleep study, no Cpap until I was 36??? As long as I can remember as a kid I just laid awake for hours. I learned how to sleep in after getting a job that brought me home to sleep after 2 and still waking up at 6, work or not, school or not. I finally couldn't stand my little brothers fighting and screaming (and me getting the blame, (red headed step son of course)) so I finally laid back down. I still only slept 6 hrs until in my 30's and had people tell me at 20 hay you quit breathing last night. Up to 37.7 times an hour after finally getting tested.
I haven't slept in 20 years

Tuesday morning! I have coffee! Nobody else up yet, but will be up soon. We walked 7 miles yesterday! My new knee is a champion! My born with right knee got sore. I was tired all over but so was everyone else, so I wasn’t the old Mamaw slowing everyone down. I wasn’t leading the pack, but I hung in there. We rode rides, saw shows and had fun. Left park at 2:00 had lunch/supper, came to house and took an hour nap, then back to park until 9 PM.

Today we are going to the Magic Kingdom.

Good Morning all! Coffee is hot if anyone is an early bird like me1
No issues with getting FH up this morning in matter of fact he was up before his 5AM alarm went off.
Going to rain here today so tonight's dinner is HOMEMADE scallop potatoes with ham plus salad.
