Dang it. FIL is on our phone plan. He's 800 miles away and just lost his lifelong best friend. His phone broke. Went to get a replacement phone. They tricked him to not only buy a new phone, but leave our plan, get a new account business plan and a new phone number.

Southern woman anger activated. She is trying to get it sorted out with the vendor

She channeled her late mother. Scots Irish southern women are not to be trifled with.

No bad words out of her month, but the point was made. Heaven help the store sales associate and their manager tomorrow when he will show up and the wife gets them on the phone.
