Another wet day here. No gardening today. There is an intestinal bug going around the county.

He is doing good, he has been working on knives for the April Eugene Or knife show,
He re set some gate posts that were leaning bad, he got the walk behind electric wheelbarrow put together and is waiting for a dry day to get the wood chipper run ready.
He has church Elder board meetings , we’d. night Bible study. He keeps himself busy.
He does his Bible reading and workout every morning. We stick to our strict eating style, grass fed organic no processed no sugar no carb ,
His life is in the Fathers hands. We will do our part and trust unwavering He always does HIS.

Soup: Started with the chicken bone broth I make the other day- added Leeks, carrots, celery, bell peppers, basil, parsley, garlic, chicken sea salt and olive oil,
I turned out very nice

Well due to local bug, Tree man is not going to do trees today. Just as well, it is pouring rain.

The gastro bug is making it way around here. My PCP said yesterday it's particularly nasty. Took me a week to feel like I fully recovered

i was born in Grand Rapids, MI and have a lot of relatives still over that ways.

MLM cult like Sc*gy but at least it has products and some of maybe some quality. i actually don't know of recent times because i've not seen anyone around here pushing their stuff, but at one time we had someone living with us who was doing that. expensive supplements (most of which are now known to be pretty useless if you are eating a balanced diet). spend money on decent food instead of supplements IMO.
