Love beef chain. Just takes work to remove the silver skin. Tenderloin for this price is great. Dogs like the leftover bits.

We were at Business Center and hubby asked if there was anything in the cold room I wanted and my brain was "check for chain". They don't always have it. I grabbed two packs. I'll be prepping it up to freeze on most of it

Beef chain? Ive also heard it called called butcher chain or butchers special cut. Since the butchers usually took it home. Most people dont want to deal with it. It's the muscle on the side of the tenderloin primal that pulls off because of the silverskin. Have to remove it to make steaks.
