I have all three of her books plus all of her newsletters in a big binder. i still use the food recipes, and go back to the info. alot. I also have almost all of the mother earth news and the organic gardening magazines stored in my study and use them alot as well.
We have used them as container gardens on our porch - cut them in half, drill many drain holes in bottom, add stone for drainage and there you go. you'l l have two large planters. if you want to make it pretty get some of the Krylon spraypaint for plastics and jazz it up.
