I didn't mind there not being windows in the bedrooms of the one I grew up in. I got really used to it and it took me a very long time after I moved out to get where I could fall asleep easily in a room that wasn't pitch black.
I grew up in an underground house. The biggest problem my family had with it was the humidity. We had to keep a large dehumidifier running 24/7 and had to empty a full three gallon tub from it everyday... If you didn't the walls would start to grow fur. o_O
That was years ago though...
I walked past the seed rack at the feed store this morning and only bought one pack! Pineapple sage just sounded too lovely to pass up... But I only bought one pack! This is progress!
