You all are so helpful! I'm trying to work on not being paranoid but just getting to where I want to be. I've learned tons already from reading everyone's posts.

So if I leave things like beans in the bags they come in (as SKR8PN mentioned), would I just put the individual bags in a bucket with a lid and leave them like that?
