I live in Western Alabama. I have 2 dogs, 2 bearded dragons and 7 chickens. My hubby and I purchased a house this year with about 2 acres of land. We want to homestead because of the economy and because I love being in nature and getting my hands dirty! I absolutely adore animals!! I am a dog groomer and love my job! It's the best career for me definitely. It's not always fun grooming but it's always rewarding! I specialize in grooming difficult dogs, I understand they are just dogs and no matter how many times they come they don't always know what's going on and it's all about patience and love. I love hiking with my pibble and chihuahua mix!! They love it so much! Makes them so happy! Makes me so happy! Nature is fascinating and beautiful! I've been married for 16 years and have been together for 19 years! He is my best friend in the entire world! He is my rock! I'm a grungy hippie! I grew up in the 90s and I love living in the country so I can disconnect from the world when I'm not inside the house!
