    True, more is written in medical and science literature these days about ADDING biodiversity to immune systems, in order to improve immune function. Fear about bacteria is quickly becoming history. It will be interesting to see where this discussion is 10 years from today.

    I want to buy plastic to cover my hoop run so my backyard chickens will eat and forage a garden in there this winter. What ml plastic should I buy?

    When to start seeds?

    Looks like winter will NEVER end here in northern Illinois, but........... I can't remember when I used to start seeds. I think in May I usually planted out in the raised beds. Is anybody else starting seeds indoors this year?
