What do you keep on hand and why? Do you grow it if it's a herb? How do you use it? If you make cough drops etc.. whats the recipe?

Apple Cider Vinegar and honey, mixed half and half. I keep it in the cabinet and use it for sore throat, colds, diarrea, it will even take out food posioning.

For dehydration, I mix 5 spoonfulls of sugar and 1 spoonfull of salt in a glass of water. It forms an electrolyte solution.

Elderberry syrup- anytime we even look like we are about to get something viral
Garlic/willow oil drops- ear infections
Probiotics
Milk Thistle- liver function
rescue remedy by Bach- anxiety
mint oil- aromatherapy
lavendar oil- aromatherapy
a variety of hylands products for colds and allergies
melatonin/blend- sleep
coconut oil- consumption and to rub into excema flare ups
bochitis and asthma blend from swanson- because I refuse to take their stupid steroids or antibiotics twice a year when the weather changes.

I also keep apple juice on hand to blend with raw honey, lemon juice, cloves, and cinnamon- makes a great drink when you are sick. You sweat and sweat but you feel so much better.
I use acv from time to time to help with acid.

I would be curious what others use for aromatherapy. I am just getting started. I made my first salve for itching yesterday.

Blistex - for chapped lips.

A "thank you" note, to remind me to say thank you for the day, for the little aches and pains that remind me that I'm alive, for the water I'm about to drink, etc.

I don't get headaches and I don't get sick so I don't need anything else in it.

I have lots of paracetamols and vitamins on my cabinet, because I am spending my whole night in work, so I need to be strong for my family! :)

I added activated charcoal to my cabinet today after an unfortunate incident with beef liver from the supermarket. Evil evil place to get meat but I will say the charcoal tablets gave me quick relief. I am not all better and am still taking these every few hours but I feel better thankfully. I am putting in an order for a bulk container of lose charcoal for future use.

Tylenol, ibuprofen, aspirin, tussin dm, amoxicillin, penicillin, various supplements and numerous mixed teas for various ailments. Then we have bandages for various uses, peroxide (NOT for wounds as it damages healthy tissues and slows healing), epsom salt, bath bombs to help keep skin integrity and the only lipjunk I'll ever use... Chicken poop. :)
