They are having free shipping on orders over $40 from March 19-31 over at Lee Valley Tools. I think it's time for me to go ahead and order some stuff I've been looking at.

I love that store, but I'm spoiled as it is local to me and I can go anytime I want to.

I love their print catalogs and being able to look at items in person--they have a sample of everything in a small showroom, then you fill out an order form and take it to the counter for a staff member to pick your items from a large warehouse at the back.

They are very efficient and helpful, I was looking for some drawer pulls once and a staff member was quickly able to point out something similar to what I was trying to match. :)

Then you're the one to ask. Do you know if their clothes pins are nice big sturdy ones? The ones grandma used when I was young were sturdy. She never did like any of the replacement ones bought in the 90s and later. Since mom's line is under cover and not used much, she still has like 5 old ones left. The size difference is huge.
