we have 2 bunnies that are ready to wien, a litter of 7 new kits and 2 more does less than a week away from kindle. High hopes!

Things are looking great! Hope all the mommas are good mommas! I heard rabbits can be a bit difficult when it comes to having and raising young? Or is that just first-time moms?

Yeah it's tough to get them in the swing of things. So far I'm pretty sure two of the three are gonna be great does.

3rd doe had a large litter. 8 or 9 I don't remember. She didn't pull any fur or build a nest. She had them on the wire and not in the box. All were lost


This is her second strike. The last litter only 2 made it. She's bred and ready for the third try. Either way we will get more meat in the freezer

They are looking good! Are you going to sell some of them for meat/pets, or sell them processed? Something I also wondered about when I was considering rabbits, is what do you usually do with the pelts/hides?

hides are too thin really. I'm just gonna put them in the freezer
