Ok that's a railroad track plate what are the other pieces of this tool? Railroad track plate might not be the right official name. But this.plate goes in-between the RR tie (wood) and the track (steel) then it's spiked to the tie and the spike head is driven home and the elongated head of the spike holds the track to the plate and tie. So maybe it's called a tie plate? IDK...

It is a tie plate! You got it too fast. But here is what I found and I think it is cool. 1918 model parts lying around on my property. For an old time plow.
