We just cut down the trees in the area we want the garden to start clearing tilling and setting up the raised garden we will have. Hopefully it will be completely done come next spring! We have alot to do!

Cut some thyme to dry.
Just haven't had much time to work on stuff lately. Had a water line burst and had to find and fix it.
Winter savory is next as well as more mint.
I bought some paper tea bags so I can measure out dried mint into them and give them to family.

I need to mow the lawn and clear the vegetables beds some. The peas are looking rough and I need to pick some. And weed… again, as always. I remember a wonderful old gentleman gardener I knew in S.A. I said to him one day there is always something to do in a garden. He replied, Yes! Weeding!

Trimming herbs again today. Will probably be the last harvest. Dried some more mojito mint and an armful of lemon verbena.
I need to do the rosemary soon. It overwinters better here when it's shorter.

Pacific crab apples. I'll be making jelly that has that slightly different taste compared to European crab apples
