I got a free Bantam Cochin from a lady it needed a new home and i live me some bantam cochins!

I have been meaning to build a movable pen for various needs so to keep him separate for awhile i finaly built it.

Nice pen and really cute rooster!

Hey strangers!
Lots going on over here on Hope's Homestead! I have been MIA from here and BYC. We have been trying to get pur Airboat Business up and running, started a local FB page to help with selling some of my animals and get our community involved with some homestead life ways, and get myself more into the homestead way of life too.

With that said:

If you have read my other post above you will know i got the little Cochin Roo( Gray) from a sweet lady. I finally put Smalls(my Cochin hen i had) with him. Are they not the cutest couple!


We have also, with the help from the neighbor, pulled the roots from the garden area and started to level it, with the help of dirt from the new pond we are digging out( it slways holds water...why not)
