I am curious does anyone have Llamas. I want a hiking partner when I head back home. The goats were great but I need something that I can grab onto if I loose my balance... and maybe carry a pack.

You can get some pretty good sized wethers that can be trained to pack - but I love the idea of a mini donkey! Very sturdy little critters!

Sorry, I have no knowledge on Llamas...

I love the looks of donkeys, but have no experience with them. I think a mini would be awesome. With my total lack of experience, I expect a goat would be an easier keeper.

I would just get bigger goats, lol. Llamas and donkeys can both be awesome, or awful.
