Most of them were gone altogether. Dont know where they went , not on the ground or anything. What was left was eat up by birds and worms. It amounted to half a large mixing bowl. Nest year i might cover the trees with a net of some sort to stop bugs and birds

So sorry for the loss of both crops. That's frustrating. At least you were able to salvage most of the corn.

Its ok. Well have a great peach harvest next year. This was only the second season for the trees.

We harvest alot of good corn! The freezer in the house is full. There is still more to pick but its not ready yet. Now i need to decide what im planting after i finish harvesting the corn.

Nice! I've spent countless hours this spring knocking back a huge mess of wild blackberries that were taking over my yard. I need to pick a different spot and start over with some 'tame' ones. I could have plenty of blackberries and dewberries if I didn't have goats!

Looks absolutely fantastic. I picked rhubarb at my MIL house tonight. Plan to make some strawberry rhubarb jam. It's the "fake recipe". Has strawberry jello, the rhubarb and crushed pineapple. Sounds horrid, but I really like it, and it's super easy to make.

Did you use pectin, or just boil it down? Tried Pomona's pectin?
