I really like how flexible you are. One of our family sayings is "Adapt, improvise, and overcome", and you sure have been doing that. Your property is very pretty.

How is your wife doing? I'm glad she is out of the hospital. What does your son think about this whole experience? I hope they both have your same "can do" attitude!

Dw is doing better. She had a touch of a stomach bug today but doing better.
Ds is loving school. Having fun exploring our property. We all want our house delivered asap. Been raining all day so delivery is Wednesday now.

Ewwww on that stomach bug - hope she gets past it quickly. AND - hope no one else catches it! This is an adventure that your son will likely remember for ever!

Fence in the area for your garden and put your new chickens there. Even the broilers will scratch around if they are given a chance. I fed mine 2X a day and they spent alot of time scratching and being chickens. They were very healthy, very clean and very big at 12 weeks.

Well even as far south as we now live winter still comes! This move should have happened a month or so earlier but we are here and need to get things moving. I thank the lord for the blessings he has given us on this journey.
And thanks to the VA for admitting i am disabled from my service. Couldn't have done this without those things.

I am thankful as well. I lift your wife up in prayer: May she be blessed with good health. May her cardiac issues fade into the back ground. May the current circumstances of not having a "home" roof over her head not be too stressful for her. Often, women are more stressed by such things than men are. Though, I think the case may be reversed in our household!
