I discovered this on the chore board after my grand daughters left from sleep over. I didn't know how to take this picture honestly. So I asked my grand daughters to explain it to me. So on the left is Grandma, she's the "sweet police". Paw Paw is on the right holding a cup of hot chocolate, eating licorice and with cupcakes and licorice in his hair 😂, now I ❤️ the picture.

Childern 😂 ❤️

Good morning y'all. I'm going to Groveton this morning. I got 2 black horse water tubs in the back, plus a load of cinder blocks and pads from the small portable building Neighbor Robert and I dragged to the front yard for transport to Groveton in a weekend or two. The cab is packed with boxes. Propane company is coming Thursday to set the tank, run lines and hook up the range top. That's the only gas thing in the house. Why? Dunno. Coming back tomorrow evening.

@Grandmas Porch I'm thinking about you, hope you are all moved in, it will take time to unpack and organize. Just letting you know, you are missed!

Dr. "Eat more protein" I can handle that :)

Fresh farm eggs from the coop, over easy with cracked pink salt and cracked peppercorn, plus two pieces of toast and home made elderberry jam. I'm gonna ask my daughter in law to ask her grandmother for the elderberry jam recipe, it's delicious 😋. First time having elderberry jam, did I say it's delicious? I think I did.

If anyone feels inclined to do so, a few extra prayers of joy and support for my DD7 tonight as she makes her First Reconciliation :) Such a big night, scary but exciting to feel God's love.

She was also chosen to be one of two kids in her grade (each grade in her school K-8 has two students chosen) to sing in a children's choir at mass on Sunday to kick of Catholic School's Week next week :)

You should be proud! Reconciliation never really made me feel good, I hope she doesn't feel the same.
