avocado on garlic toast. simple fare but it was perfect. ok, i was trying to find my garlic press and didn't find it so i did not get the garlic with the avocado how i was hoping and i got distracted at that point and just gave up on the garlic alltogether but that is how things can go this time of the year.

We had sausage, onion and peppers with steamed broccoli and tomato salad.

I opened a jar of home canned potatoes, added fresh zucchini, dried onions, dried spinach, some home canned corned beef hash, and a sprinkle of fake bacon. Simmered and then dropped 6 eggs into the mix. Covered and let simmer. YUMMY, with toast on the side!
