I know it is hard and I know that you are, in a way, happy that his suffering has ended. My thoughts are with you honey. It's never easy to lose someone you love but at least you know that he won't be in pain anymore.

So sorry to hear the news and yet I know you are relieved he is no longer in pain. :hugs

I for one believe that all human life is eternal. He is not gone, just passed from this plane of existence. Perhaps you will be again together one day, only this time in a place of greater happiness.

I know that he was proud of you and truly felt your love. You have done a wonderful job making his last days feel loved and as much comfort as was possible.
