I've never eaten okra, but hubby likes it. He wanted to grow some in our garden this year and the seeds I planted are sad little things, half didn't sprout. I might have to buy some starts, or wait till next year when the garden is actually in place. What does okra taste like?

@CrealCritter did you check out your local nursery for pots? I don't know if you have a Green Acres near you, but the one near me has good quality thick plastic plant pots for just a couple bucks. I reuse the pots the plants I buy come in too.

Try driving highway 80 from CA to Nevada and back. Their side looks and feels so nice to drive on, ours is terrible, especially in the slow lane where there are ruts from people driving with chains on. Not sure how Nevada keeps theirs so nice but you'd think we would try to copy that.
