    Hi Marie here

People tend to forget that there are regional accents in all countries, too. Here in America, we have Southern, New York, Boston, Western... etc. Same thing in Great Britain, Australia, and so forth. My mother was raised in the Dijon area of France, and she told me how the nuns at the convent...

    Hello!

There are "diapers" you can put on them, but I suspect they'd spend more trying to get them off than paying attention to the bugs

    Weaving

The classic hedge fence is hawthorn. It gets so thick even tanks couldn't break through it during WWII

Willow roots very readily. In fact, you can make an excellent rooting hormone mixture using willow. Just put some cuttings in water and let them root, then save the water to help other plants root. I think it's the salicylic acid in the willow.

I'm guessing it tastes similar to other greens? I know each type has their own flavor profile, but they all share a certain amount of "green-ness"

    Bones clicking and popping.

I forgot to add-- you don't drink the raspberry vinegar straight; it's diluted with water or sparkling water when you are ready to drink it. I'm not a fan of vinegar except for vinaigrette salad dressing, but I found this very tasty. I made some that was a combination of raspberry and...

    Bones clicking and popping.

You could try making Raspberry vinegar. This was a favorite drink in the days before sodas. 2 cups raspberries 1/3 cup vinegar (the original recipe called for red wine vinegar, but you could try this with ACV and see) 1/2 pound sugar or 1 heaping cup of sugar for 1 cup extracted juice (2 cups...

    Weaving

One Christmas, I made baskets for everyone, and then stuffed them with homemade bath bombs, bath salts, etc. It was actually a lot of fun. I keep meaning to weave more, but I always have so many projects going that I haven't wanted to take on any more.

    I'm a Witch!

The funny part is, when I gave my OK to my daughter it was apparently the Kiss of Death. I didn't hear or see anything about it from her again. I suspect she was just going for shock value. Either that, or all those rituals- moons and solstices and whatnot- sounded like too much work for her.

    Coturnix Quail Anyone?

We have a fairly large population of Valley Quail that wander through our property daily. They belly up to the bar when we feed the chickens and only occasionally get chased off.

    I'm a Witch!

When my daughter announced that she was a witch now (15 yrs old at the time), instead of flying off the handle about it, I did some research to find out what she was talking about and make sure she wasn't getting involved in something dangerous. Other than the fact that she turned her back on...
