    The neighbors let their small flock out to forage this afternoon. Was surprised to see them outside my office window. They were BUSY! Made me smile. And for the first time in almost 15 years, I have chicken poop in my grass. Love it.

    I moved some stuff last evening after work, cleaning space for the concrete guy. Getting real. Took some "before" pictures. Also tried to mow a little bit. Hopefully getting the grass cut will help it dry out in the sun
