I don't know yet about a well. We canned tomatoes that we bought from a farm. Not same as our own but better than store bought. 10 quarts.... not enough but better than nothing. Also froze some bell peppers and onions for fajitas.

Well it will take several poles to get to my house. Power is at least a 1/2 mile away as is water.

Oh wow. I am going to insulate it very well. I have been in construction for last several years so i know the process pretty well. Frame out, wire, plumb insulate drywall.

We will put in a septic at some point. We live in southern Kentucky so doesn't get super cold. I plan to insulate and skirt around the base. All water pipes will all be wrapped as well. Well 911 has finally got us an address!! Next call to water company

Yep delivery and set up was free. Had to pay for the concrete blocks but that was worth it.

Well even as far south as we now live winter still comes! This move should have happened a month or so earlier but we are here and need to get things moving. I thank the lord for the blessings he has given us on this journey. And thanks to the VA for admitting i am disabled from my service...
