Got up this morning and moved a round bale first thing. For whatever reason, I believed the weather forecasters. They predicted a lot of rain for today. I could've stretched out the current bale for a few more days but I didn't want to wait until it got even muddier. I've got 10 bales left...

Woke up to 26 degrees. I was kinda surprised after yesterday morning's balmy 35 start to the day. I'm just over it. I've had enough cold, can we just move on to May? I did a garden experiment. I picked most of the cabbage before our 13 degree night but I left one out there. It looks like...

Woke up to 35 degrees! Woo Hoo! I'll turn the water back on to the pasture later today. Hoses might have a little ice left in them but should be fine after the sun hits 'em for a while. Sure hope that's all winter has to throw at us but I guess I shouldn't count on that.
