Only ever had 1 jar go bad after canning on it. That's a better record than I've had with commercial canned goods.
I look, listen, and smell all canned items like I was taught as a kid.
I have a little upright 7 cu ft freezer we bought 25 years ago that is still going strong. Deep freezer and fridge are 15. Fridge compressor iced up once. Freezer drawer hadn't been fully closed because something fell behind and I didnt know. After thawing, no issues.

Cannot thread zip ties through fencing with a hooked finger that prevents hand from going through. I know that personally. Doing everything to prevent that now
Bareback and barefoot horse riding. My cousins took me out a lot on rides. Later I was out alone at great aunts.
Wandering around the scrub desert by my house was nice. There was wild babies breath there that I dragged home some of one year along with some lupine. Mom made me show her where...

Had re-eval on finger today. Movement has improved. I've gained 2mm straighter on first joint and others are stable. Middle joint I need to watch because it really wants to curve. Brace on periodically during day and at night.
Strength isn't quite back in hand, but it's actually better than...

I got some blackberries cut back. Just a bit more left to take care of in the old large fowl pen. Did get the old top net cut out of it. It's half dry rotted and needed replaced.
Then I can get the hardware cloth up.
As long as I don't try to remove a finger again, I should be canning tuna again finally this summer. I only have a few jars left.
That's one of the bad things about last year. My accident was a couple weeks before tuna was running.
