    Freeze dried sounds amazing, and such a good solution to preserving food and its nutrients : ) The set up is probably expensive, and as you explained, it is not a "walk in the park" when it comes to maintenance of the equipment. I will have to investigate this further, thanks for all your input : )

    Cane Toads (from USA) were introduced early 1900's to curb the beetles in the sugar cane ... now we have an infestation of C Toads, which are eating everything, even the little tree frogs (non left where we stay in NSW) ... very CLEVER decision makers in our Gvts (not)
