The ones who have been doing it a while still knock, especially around holiday time. Our mailman knocked and waited to put his order in for Christmas goodies early. Let us know he’s looking forward to them🤣
Don’t worry, it’s confusing for this twenty something too.
You can always write down the main way someone communicates next to their name in a book. Or take notes of where something important is. If you have a smart phone you can add it in notes under their contact info. You can also tell...
The oldest dog in our house passed (17) and then I pet sat a friends dog for about two weeks… I’m not built for this cleaning up my own crumbs life. I’ve not been without a dog in the house in a while, it’s an odd adjustment. But with life changing I guess it might be a good thing to not have...
Rubbing alcohol when it’s still wet fades it a bit.
I’ve been bluekoted for both job interview and most every fancy event I’ve been to in the last however many years. For some reason the need strikes right around when I need to go somewhere and don’t want to be koted.
Rule of bluekote lol...
Blukote is great stuff, if you have a bottle break and spill/spray all over your kitchen floor get rubbing alcohol and pour it on and wipe up asap. Not that I’ve ever had that happen…half a bottle of alcohol but mom's floors aren’t stained!
Question, I’m having a pest problem and I’m wondering if you could help me identify based on symptoms.
There seem to be little creatures who come to my house and start projects or create messes when I’m asleep. If I finish a job there will be two the next day. On occasion they drop off animals...
Baby goose hatched! First mom-hatched goose we’ve had. Cute little hissy.
Tons of rain.
One week until I see my sailor, trying to turn the excitement into cleaning fuel. Yesterday I started to tackle the tool cabinet and storage organizing stuff; but I ran out of time so finishing it today...
It might be best for housing.

Everyone says that his job is different, still don’t believe it until I see it. Not planning career, but who knows.
Yikes. Some friends from church (also Navy) called their ships the USS Never Home.
I know I have so many advantages over those who have gone before me. Heck, we get to talk on the phone right now without even paying by the minute.
I think it’s just being young and stupid that worries me, but...
My sailor is coming back in three weeks. SO excited. And so much left to do.
Friend is willing to work in my garden for some of the harvest. So she and my mom worked it out. So I’m going to set up my garden area to have a lot or room for potato tires, taking out the tomato cage because it’s a...
I’ve been helping my mom clear out our house, and I’ve been helping my friend clean hers. I’m pretty sure the thrift shops will get tired of seeing my face if we keep going this way lol.
Unfortunately the shop I like donating to was in the middle of moving last time I went to drop off so it...
Good not morning anymore!
Goat sleeping near me and getting business done on the computer.
Yesterday and last night it threatened to rain and then nothing. We need it. Hoping some comes our way soon.
Baby ducks to sell, shed to paint, and house to organize. My finish date is fast...
Bottle baby is bouncy and happy, but she’s thinner than I’d really like and has a little diarrhea. Because She doesn’t like grass or pellets. So, more outside time today. Hopefully she’ll be fine with only minimal supervision lol. Of course, I let the sheep come over and give the customary snuff...
