Karen, aka FarmerChic... just so you know... I'm the same way as you w/ glass 'n such. I break glass constantly... droppping, slipping, etc. I've tried freezing things in glass before.. and a couple times I've just bumped the glass on something taking it out, or putting it in the refrigerator...
I'm interested in hearing any advice in tihs area also! We've talked about making a lift hatch type door in the floor of our pantry. But really I have no idea on how food should be kept in a cold cellar?

They don't have a HUGE selection... but works for me for alot of homeschooling books, and books for gifts for people... we get some of our books from www.libraryanded.com (I hope that's right) they sell wholesale to teachers, churches, and homeschoolers also!
