    Having a garden may help sell your house. Our last two houses had a "full" garden (didn't know how long it would take to sell so planted it anyway). It was the one item that the buyers really commented on at closings and asked for advice on what to do - neither ever had one!

    Thanks Vail, it was very helpful until I was reading the comments - the possiblity of lead in crockpot glazes, especially Rivals. :( Of course I have been using a Rival for ages. Guess I need to start another thread about whether anyone knows anything about this???
