Having a garden may help sell your house. Our last two houses had a "full" garden (didn't know how long it would take to sell so planted it anyway). It was the one item that the buyers really commented on at closings and asked for advice on what to do - neither ever had one!

I am a novice with a capital N on my forehead when it comes to this stuff so for all the food experts - can I use beef suet to make pie crusts instead of pig lard. Bought a side of beef and asked for the fat to try cooking with it.
