There’s your mistake right there! We learned this the hard way when we had a contractor replace our roof, siding and windows. Never pay them part way through for the portion of work that is completed. Because then they have no motivation to come back and do the rest.

I absolutely LOVE roundabouts. When we moved to Indiana, the traffic in our (growing popular) county was horrible. Over the last 19 years they have put in a bazillion roundabouts, and fixed a lot of congestion.

They can learn, but I only give them a few chances. If they keep it up, I get rid of them. Either eat them, or if they are a special breed, I put them on Craigslist and see if it’s worth it to somebody else to give them another chance.
