I think it sounds like a great idea! I would go with the gravel floor and the tank roof idea sounds like it would work fine if you can find a way to keep the water from leaking in around your roof/ walls seam. Keep us updated.

yea this is not only stupid ( which is the politest word for what I am actually thinking) but it would make it nearly impossible for anyone to grow there own food and sell the surplus. I very rarely buy new clothes for myself my little guy is growing so fast that it seems he gets new clothes once a month. 99% of which come from sal val. When I get new clothes they come from sal val too. :P
