I used to have one of those home warranties- it was pretty cheap- about $35 a month- and they would come and fix anything that broke, and if they couldn't fix it, they would replace it. I got new furnace that way ; and a range top. Totally worth the money, I thought.

Where are the owners while their dogs are disturbing the neighbors? Snoozing soundly while you are awake? It hardly seems fair. I keep my dogs inside at night but if they bark the least bit, I get up and stop them. I would not want my dogs disturbing my neighbors.

I am a diabetic and for some reason, my toenails just fall off sometimes. It takes months for them to grow back. I never had this problem before I got diabetes.

All-purpose cleaner: 4 tablespoons baking soda in 1 quart water. Shake well. According to the Organic Authority website, this is all you need.

I would get a job for a company that pays for relocation. Last time I moved to a new state, it was all paid for by the company.
