Knock knock..... anybody there?
I've been freeze drying for a bit less than a year. Not constantly. Still much to learn. Was kind of hoping to find fellow freeze-dryers here. Though, there is a freeze-drying group I do frequent - it's always good to learn more
Corn, granny Smith apples and banana out of the freeze dryer, so far. Peas and peaches needed a little more time.
Is there a freeze Drying board? I couldn't find one
Just bought new quart and pint jars. I've just begun pressure canning in the last couple months. Have done some soup/stews. Chicken and beef. But, I also use some jars for freeze dried foods.
I'm planning on browsing this thread for ideas and recipes
