:sick
I wonder what taxi cabs taste like.....not really.
As for the whole idea, meh. I breastfed/pumped, and tasted it, but had no desire to extend it's use other than to feed the kiddo :)
Our lab gets dry itchies in the winter. I grab a big bottle of Fish Oil capsules, and put a couple in her kibble. She thinks they are treats.
I'd try that, if that doesn't help, try a grain free food (Innova Evo is one), and if that doesn't work, then you can get a panel done to find allergies.
Let's see here....
Cutting back a bit this year, some yields weren't as good as I wanted, and I'd like to concentrate more on a few types and not so much variety. I'm ordering from E&R Seeds because they take care of my skill in killing seedlings, and I can order some of my stuff as started...
That looks freaking awesome. I think I could make that...I know I could!
I need to call the grocery and see how much they'd charge for a fresh pork belly. Hubby put my smoker in the garage, but spring CAN'T be too far away! Only about 5 months! Heh.
I need to place my garden order here soon.
You're gonna post how to make something like that right??! A neighbor down the road has welding stuff, and I know I could ply him with enough eggs to get him to build me a beauty like that if I buy the materials!!
I just wanna say and give :hugs for being a mom to your 16 y/o.
I was a pretty good teen, because I didn't have a choice in the matter. Dad got really sick and was in a coma for a while, and mom fell off the wagon. There was a large horse breeding and training farm to run, and in order to have...
Heck, my singing isn't ANYTHING to be proud of, but I think nothing beats momma's voice, as bad as it may be, and the nonsense song that comes out of it :)
At least that's what I tell myself.
I babysat my friend's one month old baby for a few hours so I could kick her out and let her be a...
Hurry hurry!
Course, you can't blame me on mine - it was free! Well, other than hubby's labor :D He gets me lots a nice things with his hard work. I'm keeping him!
I want to build a brick roasting/BBQ pit thing in our yard. Something I can get a couple pigs on.
I'm hoping to learn a bit on wine making :). A friend and I go wild blackberry picking every year, and we get gallons and gallons of them. Usually I make jam, but blackberry wine sounds mighty nice to me!!
So not quite this forum, but wine makes me happy and full of sharing, and I can't post on FB because my manager etc are friends there, and I'm not sure they want to know.
My almost-SIL is teaching an online course in SQL, and I signed up for it. There's a bunch more courses for free as well.
I...
Picture time! :D
First, hubby and I, back in the dating days. We used to go to the bar a lot, dance a lot, have a lot of fun. Now we go to bed around 8pm.
My shiny and clean smoker. It's making wild goose jerky in this pic.
Some canning. I like making pretty pictures, and the colors were cool.
It turned out really good!!!
Lets see... I sliced up the taters, and melted about 3-4Tbs of butter on the stove, and mixed in about 3-4Tbs of flour. I slowly added some milk and whisked away until I had about 2 cups of milk in. Added the block of cream cheese, some paprika, some turmeric, then...
My gardening saving grace was NAPTIME!!! :D
I would get the 4' garden stakes, stake them around the baby swing, and tie quits to it to make a roof, and if there was a breeze, then put sides on it of quilts, and start that swing going. It kept the sun off her, cut the breeze, but still gave lots...
Got some free silkie crosses a couple weeks ago, maybe a month ago?
I skinned them out and make a fabulous stock from them in the crock pot, and got a fair bit of shredded meat. The skin is black, along with some of the tendon, which also translates into some black on the meat. The majority of...
Not sure how it works up/over there (depending on your location from me here in MI), but I worked for a bit over a year as the card stocker for American Greetings, stocking the greeting cards at the local pharmacy, and when they needed it, the localish Walmart and other stores. Pay wasn't hot...
The best thing I've learned from my almost 3 year old now is to enjoy every single ever loving minute of them. Just DO. Do go play in the woods, do go look at the flowers, do go hug the trees and roll in the grass, and play in the snow. Do cuddle and sing and read. Do play with blocks and boxes...
