Liability. If someone were to get hurt "gleaning" the playset, a nice fat lawsuit could be brought. Sad, but true. Some cities have regulations against trash picking. Businesses are even starting to lock their dumpsters until the pick up time, to avoid divers. Sigh. Carrie McLean
