One of the domicile beasties brought us an offering of freshly dispatched mouse last night. Have no idea from whence it came. Years of posturing against the squirrels and birds outside manifested in a real kill. Two of the clowder are very smug this morning

Frozen steaks, straight out the freezer., light coating of olive oil, salt and pepper. 400 degrees 8-10 minutes, depending on thickness, then flip. Another 8-10 minutes. Done

Really enjoying the air fryer cooked steaks. Freezer to plate in less than 20 minutes total

The plan is air fryer steaks, roasted asparagus, and baked mozzarella sticks (coated with nutritional yeast). But the afternoon is still young....

Cleaned the paint scrapes up from the carpet installation on two walls in my office today. My eldest is coming the 22nd to help hang my memorabilia stuff. Fingers crossed I can check the office off of the to do list
