Over 90% of OTC comes from China. Any pain relief, spec vitamins -- C, D, Bs, calcium, etc. will be slower coming to restock. Plus higher cost. It's not panic time just review what you use and save a buck.

First time for this method but, like results so far. About 3/4 cup ham chunks on bottom. 1.25 c dry beans, hot water to fill line. 90 min @10#. Beans kept meat in place. All sealed.

Yes, I water bath. Also, I've learned not to cook too long, leave a little loose before jarring. The extra few min in WB adds cook time PLUS just before end of cook down, I add some unsalted butter. It smooths the blend nicely & helps prevent grainy, IMO. I've work thru a couple batches...
