Update apparently they didn't catch the little guy. I might try to wrangle him next trip to Walmart and see if my girls like him enough to give him a good home but not sure if Darlin will cooperate because she got into the neighbors yard and she was hiding under the propane tank because of their...
Went to Walmart today and found an abandoned rooster. He was so sweet but he wouldn't get close enough for me to catch him but I had my daughter call animal control then we had to call the police department so they came out and picked him up.
Nothing because it's supposed to rain today. I let the chickens out and I only watched 3 come out so I started to panic then decided I better check the box and sure enough there they were.

I'm so OCD about how my dishes are washed and rinsed. It carries over to the way they're put away too. Spot cleaning I have tried I have about 10 minutes of patience for it and then I am done. My problem isn't necessarily being lazy it's just not having the energy, desire or space to clean it...
I feel ya with that. I'm saying I'm cleaning the house nothing else aand as it goes (blow raspberries), it don't happen, EVER! Wish I could just wiggle my nose or snap my finger and make it so that everything is where and how I want it to be. 🤢
I'm going to be doing containers for some of my vegetables and some fruit. I have bought 2 raised beds that are metal from Temu for less than $100. I have a tiller and husband has a tractor so I hope I can use the tractor to push a lot of the ground to expose more of the roots so that I can put...
I harvested some green beans and squash. Have to go back and get the sweet potatoes dug up. Pick more beans and cherry tomatoes. Hoping to get to pick some peppers before the cold kills them off. I opted to leave the sweet potatoes in the ground for a couple more weeks.
