    Ok first the price of gas going up which in turn makes the price of everything (even local items) increase in price to cover production prices is what I feel is the primary cause of the current price fluctuations. Farmers need fuel to run the tractors then trucks need fuel to deliver said items...

    Cheese and yogurt question

    I mix powdered milk in with my reg milk to make yogurt all the time... this added milk thickens the yogurt... just make it like you always would... as for cheese I've never tried to make it with powdered but all I could find said you can use the powdered milk but it won't melt like normal...
