Wow, your ideas all sound wonderful! Just one suggestion, based on experience. A metal building on a property with excellent sun exposure can get very, very hot, even on mild days. Give lots of thought to ventilation and cooling. We had a metal shop building that was intolerable in the summer.

Frankly I wouldn't advertise it as an urban farm, urban homestead or anything like that. Better to say something like "room for gardens and poultry", or whatever in your ads. That way you don't eliminate a large portion of the buyers who are going to interpret "urban farm" as " a heck of a lot...

Welch's grape juice helps me. Don't care for it, but no other grape juice seems to do the trick. Maybe it's because of the Concord grapes? It has been beneficial for my arthritis and joint pain. ( I had radiation therapy years ago and it really did a number on my hip joints and lower spine.)
