    it turned out to be 16 & 1/2 quarts. i have not looked to see yet what the 2nd picking is like. i'm kinda not wanting to see how much the raccoons have damaged. will check things out tomorrow as some family are coming over for lunch and they probably will want some fresh ones to go with them.

    getting the rest of the tomatoes i picked the other day canned. skinned, cored and chunked another 16-18 quarts which i'll get put into jars and sealed after i rest for a bit. beautiful weather, i have plenty of things to do outside when i can get out there. :)
